Several invited members and guests got together on Feb.2, 2006, to celebrate the tenth birthday of Intertops.com. Intertops was the world's first online sports betting company. It began operations when the internet was still in its infancy. Deltef Train is the founder of Intertops. He said that when he started the firm, there was nobody to learn from and no experience in this domain. All the plans and strategies had to be invented and developed, he said. Business at Intertops shot up by 1999. Around this time, the company also added the world's first Microgaming online casinos.
